Well it has been hit or miss down here. If best we seem to have one every other month. I couldn't make the last one so not sure what the plans are for this month or nexts. Hopefully we can get them going over the summer again. Warm weather=need for cold beverages

I noticed BBBAggie hosted the last happy hour in February. BBB, what do you think? Since I'm new to the area, I'm not familiar with the hot spots, but I'll help any way I can...

thats precisely why i don't show. who the hell drinks water at a happy hour? i'm all about getting tipsy and finding a good mr. right now....unfortunately, the pickins' is slim in the valley. who wants to date a 7th year freshman that attends stc and lives at home with his momma while driving a lexus with 33 inch rims?

Alright let me address a few things here.

1) Regarding attendance at the last HH. That is just the nature of the beast. Not all of them will be well attended, sometimes the vast majority of people can't make it for whatever reason. Regardless consistency is the key to keeping them going and increasing turnout. The main thing with people is the ability to plan to include the HH in your schedule. If I know each third Thursday of the month or whatever date is HH then I will schedule other things around it and do my best to attend. It is difficult when you find out a week in advance or that week.

2) There are good guys here in the Valley. Some even with college degrees (not from STC or UTPA) and with a lot going for them. Imagine that!
