A case against an 800-pound woman accused of killing her nephew is back on court today.

Mayra Rosales is accused of crushing her nephew to death in March 2008.

She claims she fell on the toddler while she was babysitting, but prosecutors say the boy was beaten and his skull was crushed.

Attorneys from both sides of the case are reviewing medical records and discussing her medical condition.

The hearing ended with the judge setting another hearing in March

thats not killing kids that guy was just stupid for having 3 kids with a 300 pound woman

i'm having a hard time imaging an 800 pound woman even standing. falling i can imagine, but it's the standing up beforehand that i can't picture.

I agree with Walter, I would assume that she would really have to stress in order to stand up and actually stay upright.
