
A Harlingen man is behind bars after being arrested in a child pornography case.
Harlingen police arrested Cross Deshane Guerrero on two counts of possession of child pornography on Friday afternoon.
Details were not available about the case but investigators said a report was filed with Harlingen police on March 3rd.
An invsetigation by Harlingen police and U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) allegedly led authorities to Guerrero.
Authorities issued a warrant for Guerrero's arrest on Friday.
Officers arrested the 38-year-old Harlingen man at his home on the 1800 block of North Parkwood Avenue at 4:10 p.m. Friday.
Guerrero appeared before Harlingen Municipal Court Judge Travis Bence on Saturday morning where he received $40,000 dollars in bonds.
