The McAllen Rotary has an annual Crawfish Boil at the McAllen Convention Center. They boil over 5 tons of crawfish its all you can eat and drink with a live band. It is sponsored by Miller Lite. They had a great turn out this year they sold over 3500 tickets.

Rotary did a great job on set-up and crowd flow. I will have to say that the mudbugs were a bit salty this year....

only 2 this year - would have had more but couldn't stand the taste of eating saltwater.
