I ate lunch at Costa Messa today. Place is nice, service was fine but the food was only average. They, like many Mexican places, have no clue how to make Mexican Rice!

Eaten there several times, I was never impressed by it. I stick to 2-3 places and don't even try others unless by happenstance or being forced to.

I like it. Only order their Tacos Al Carbon, or the Tacos de chuleta al tocino, my favorite, but make me feel like a pig. They're diced pork, bacon and cheese..Damn good. IMO
