Yep, many times. No issues, just make sure your immigration papers are already done. Reynosa has a better time table for the flights.

I have also flown out of Monterrey a lot. Back when it was safe to drive in Mexico I would drive to Roma, and head into Monterrey. The airport is only about 1.5 hours from the Roma bridge, maybe a little more depending on conditions.

I flew out of Monterrey last month. I took the bus down there and overall had a good experience. The bus trip was about 4 hours total to get from McAllen to Monterrey.

Never flown out of Reynosa or Matamoros. I would imagine that it might not be that bad but then again you never know!

I am thinking about taking a bus to guadalajara but i could fly as well. I have not decided. Flights to Gua start at 450 round trip.
