Is the opening confirmed? Anyone go eat there yet?

Yea it's open. Last night was a pre-opening private party.

I ate there last night.

It's still excellent.

I am sure looking forward to it being open. Tomorrow is my wife's BD so she gets to chose where we eat... but I'll be looking to eat there either Friday or Saturday.

I hope they have come down on the price a little!

Anyone know who the new owner is?

No idea. Also, were they always on the N side of Logans? I thought they used to be on the S side by the mattress store. I don't know why they would move when it's that close so maybe it's just my imagination.

I took two grandkids, their mother and my wife to Double Dave's at lunch today. 5 people for 32 bucks through the buffet line...I guess that isn't too bad. I missed having DD's and the food was good just like before. For the person that wanted to know who owns it, it is Xavier Villalobos. Nice kid from McAllen but has been living in San Antonio.

ah it was Tico"s that used to be by the mattress store. RIP Tico's.
