Possibility that a position will open up down there in my company. Company deals in building materials (to keep it general).

1. How is the housing market in McAllen?
2. Is McAllen growing? If so, how fast is the growth?
3. I have never been there, is it a place you would live?

1. all over the map. you want 50k or 500k?
2. i think mcallen was in the top three fastest growing places in the US as of last year. 9% maybe?
3. yes, but on the north side. south side is one large cluster****.

Top 10 in the US. My neighborhood has done quite well the past 3 years. Just had a house sell after 2 months on the market.
