Seems like there were a lot of signs something was wrong with this kid and did anyone do anything to get this kid some help before this happend? I doubt Sarah knew about him but obviously others did. Cannot help but wonder if the parents or school did anything prior to this for him.

Actually, when you work in public secondary schools, you find lots of kids that seem a little odd...thats the nature of being a teenager. I remember one kid that was in my class years ago that used to hate the Jewish kids. He took every opportunity bait them including putting little swatiskas in their lockers and books. I reported it to the counselor but what can you do? His parents were pretty odd as well. It is really hard for the school to tell the difference btween a oddball teenager and one that is really off his rocker.
