The Hidalgo-Starr A&M Club will be hosting their 1st Annual Skeet Shoot on August 13th at El Huarache Ranch in Sullivan City. Special guests scheduled to appear are Texas A&M Head Baseball Coach, Rob Childress and President and CEO of the Association of Former Students, Porter S. Garner III '79. The cost to sign up a 3-person team is $350 and additional competition games will be available for all participants. Registration begins at 8 AM the day of the event with a shotgun start at 8:30 AM. Food and drinks will be provided to all shooters. All proceeds to benefit the club's scholarship fund for Rio Grande Valley high school seniors attending Texas A&M. Sponsorships packages ranging from $100 to $2500 are still available.
