I am not going to comment on the parents being upset about not being notified. I'm not sure that given the situation all parents could have been notified.
I am incredulous about the situation. According to reports the hunters (if they were the ones involved) were on a lease that was at least 400 yards from the school ground. This is clearly within the range of a modern rifle. It seems that the story that is coming out is that these shots were accidental and from the deer lease.
How is it possible for one or two hunters to shoot two consecutive shots accidentally and hit two moving targets several hundred yards away? I might believe a single shot accidentally hit a youngster but two?
I am not saying that this was a Mexican cartel plot but this explanation just doesn't make any sense.
