It is all relevant to the location within the city or school district area. There are "bad" parts of "Sherry" ISD just as in all cities/ISDs.

Three showings. Only "negative" feedback was that they wanted a diff elementary school.

Also not impressed with agents photos. Tempted to fly down there and do it myself.
