Took the grandkids over to Bad Bob's for some pulled pork for lunch and it has a new name. It is now Jay's BBQ...I guess it is not an aggie place anymore.

Ate there about once a week. They sold it alright.(Ate there yesterday as a matter of fact..) They were trying for a few months, had a buyer who backed out and these guys picked it up. I don't know about you, OVR, but I wasn't too impressed. It seems like they're charging more for the exact same product. No plate specials, they soup-Nazi the condiments. They have "waiters" now, so you've gotta tip. I'm not a cheapskate, but I don't see how I should be paying more for the exact same product. I probably won't be back.

Saw that on Facebook. I enjoyed it the few times I went. Hate to see Ags go out of business.

Well, I just ordered a pound of pulled pork to go so I didn't notice the waiter stuff. I just went up to the counter and ordered like always. Took the meat home and we (wife and grandkids) made sandwiches. My food was pretty good but I didn't try the potato salad that was always really good. (If they mess that up I won't be going back!

I always tip when I get good service but don't when I don't get good service. I never tip when I have to go through a line or go up to a counter (like Lubys for example).

A friend of mine said that Fidel Del Barrio had bought it. I guess that we'll see how it shakes out. They were already kinda high...the kids always liked the sliders.
