Dude. We tailgated there from 2002-2007 when we last had season tix. You gotta go try it out some time. Drop off your stuff ~ 4 hours before the game and pick it up an hour after the game ends when they open Houston Street back up. Ah, and if you are late arriving they allow you to drop your stuff over on Coke Street on the other side of Spence and carry it in. They have had roaming golf carts to help out in the past.
You get Spirit Walk (with the band), March In with the band again and visitor team buses rolling through.
It is quite the festive atmosphere and Spence has gotten much more filled in and dialed up this season. We are certainly SEC ready on that side of Kyle.
PS - we use marine batteries when we do the DirecTv thing. Spence outlawed generators a few seasons ago.
