Ok, so I've seen loads of these:

I don't understand why they have them on the back window of their cars or trucks...Was the vehicle purchased with life insurance money? Was it a gift from the deceased? Is a monument to what the deceased would of wanted?
I get the whole idea of creating a personal tribute due to having gone through a tough time but the key word is here is "personal". Puting a very public decal on your window is not a personal, it's public. Someone help me understand.
