Sidney Meadows comes very highly recommended. According to my attorney, even if you don't end up in Bankruptcy Court, just having Sidney Meadows represent you sends a message to the other side that you are serious and they should plan accordingly. Hope everything works out for you.

He graduated from Texas A&M and then SMU law school. I would interview him and compare to your other options.

Glad to hear its not bankruptcy. I hear Asset Protection and that's what I immediately assume. Forget to think about business partnership gone bad, soon-to-be ex-wife, Mexican drug cartels, etc.
