So as long as I'm concerned there have been attempts in College Station for female Yell Leaders but none have made the position. Should this position stay ruled by males and be called a "tradition" or would an female be a breath of fresh air?

No women yell leaders.

If we get women on the field they should be either cheerleaders or dance team. And they should be required to wear short skirts or yoga pants. And there needs to be a rule about them having to meet a certain level of hotness before they can don the uniform.
