Apparently these rockets burn extremely efficient and only produce H20 and C02 as emissions.

The biggest factor that may be underestimated for the South Texas ecosystem in this project will be NOISE POLLUTION.

Any kind of economic investment in the Valley should be welcomed with open arms. As for the environment, Mexico pretty much counteracts anything done here to maintain or improve it. The factories, bad gas, unmentionable amounts of emission from vehicles due to age and bad gasoline are all negative contributors. Never mind the fact their fisherman illegally invade our waters with absolutely zero regard for the law or regard for the impact on wildlife. It's all relative, if we manufacture cars with reduced emissions and China builds a new coal plant everyday, what is the point? Just happy to see a little investment in this place, hopefully the rgv can over come itself one day.

Be interesting to see the effects of a bad storm on what the have planned, plus the South Texas coastal environment that is amongst the most corrosive in the world. Constant SE Wind blows the tops off of the whitecaps and makes a fine salt mist almost all year round. Combined with almost no rain. Corrosive as a MF.
