Drifter I haven't decided. Football season is almost over and 25 a month seems like a lot. I had hoped to kick the Texags habit for a while, but that obviously isn't working. I'll probably dive back in in the new year.

I assume MCG signifies micrograms. I've been led to believe we should for health's sake limit to 2400 mcg of salt a day. Don't ask about calories.
