I am looking for hunting land in East Texas to lease. Would just like family on it if possible. Currently live in Tyler, so interested in anything within a 2 hour radius. Would prefer to stay east of Terrell. Please message if anything available.

We have a group of guys from my work that are looking for the same thing. Seems to be a needle in a haystack, good luck with your search.
Been looking for years. Got on the CAD and even sent letters to owners but had no luck.
I know of a 3000 acre lease in Panola County if you are interested. $700 per gun.
Edit: as far as your family only, can't speak to that part. I'm sure that limitation is not going to yield much.
