Ah just talked to my dad and seems they have them all leased out now. They might have one open up in ~5 months if you're looking out that far.

He said the person that would know of the most available rentals is Matthew Coyle at Century21-Harvey (214) 552-8999

My parents just sold the house I grew up in to an investor. It should pop up pretty soon.
