It was worth the trip for us. $5.99 Prime sirloin, sale on Houston Blend coffee etc. We made ourselves leave before we spent too much.
Judging by clientele , that store doesn't just draw from Rockwall!
Need HEB in Henderson - no Brookshire's!! Would draw from Longview, Tyler, Jacksonville Kilgore- over 200k folks within 40 miles!!

Or do the smart thing an put it in Tyler.

Good to know about Rockwall though, will be there for basketball games at some point, need to remember to bring the coolers.

Yeah, we took ice chests! Produce was awesome too!

They'll ease out this direction but it won't be sudden. Supposedly it has to do with delivery routes. It's not worth it for them to run trucks that far and only have one stop.

They're coming but it may be another 10-15 years before it logistically makes sense.
