Driving over the lake on 190 was always my favorite part of the trips between CS and home.

I will never forget leaving Polk County and heading west for FOW in August '96 in passing the beaches of Lake Livingston. The lake was at the lowest level I can remember, most boat ramps and almost all boat houses were far from water. I am pretty sure the Lake is considered East Texas.
