Does passing through count? I used to work with a guy at UCS that was from Atlanta, does that count?

How in the world does Atlanta High have so many fast athletes every year? What's in the water up there?

Atlanta had a great reputation in track and field when I was there in the ninties. Don't know if they still due or not.

I used to run around with some girls from Atlanta back in the day.
Once we laid on the hood & windshield of the car- looking at the stars and the airport runway (a la Wayne's World)-
It was there that they told me that Atlanta, Texas was the greatest place in the country. At the time (being next to hotties-) I believed them.

Because, Carthage has never won a state title in football. Baseball was their last state title. That is the answer to the question you ask.

P.S. I think this is finally the year Atlanta gets it done against Carthage. If the game was in Carthage I would attend but Nacogdoches is a little too far from Atlanta.

I know Atlanta won a baseball title in '98.
What about track? Too many of those to keep up with.
