Just wanted to say I went to the Tatum/Carthage game the other night and I will say this, even though we won that game 21-20 that was an impressive game by Carthage. It's amazing what an extra point can mean. What about that ending? For anyone not there, Tatum had the ball with 1:35 on the clock Carthage had no time-outs Tatum kneels the ball once, on second down the QB fumbles the snap Carthage picks it up and runs it to the 9 with 45 or so seconds left and runs the ball on 1st down, the QB goes to spike the ball and it slips out of his hand fumbling the ball and Tatum recovers to hold onto to the 21-20 win and the District Championship. I haven't been home to a Tatum football game in years and thought I would catch one this year since I was already home, amazing finish to a good game. Anyway, good luck to Carthage in the playoffs, if your team plays that hard for the playoffs I Have a feeling they win a couple of games.

I think most people thought Tatum would win. However, I think if they played 10 times they might split down the middle. Good luck to both in the playoffs!
