Mrs. fool here. Cranberry sauce is easy. Buy the plastic package of cranberries from the grocery. Wash and SORT to get rid of the disgusting ones...the ones that are slimey, too little or too white. Here's the tricky part: One cup water and one cup sugar in medium pan...bring water to boil and melt the sugar. Turn water down, add cranberries and some orange zest, bring back to boil. The cranberries will start popping. Turn heat down and cook a little longer. You want to end up with a thick-ish sauce. It's great w/ the meal and extra sauce goes well on morning toast.
