MMMMM...I just got a craving for their homemade tortillas and butter in a tube. I used to bartend there and get meals half off. I cannot find a good Mexican restaurant in the BCS area to match. Anyone have any ideas?

My wife and I love Posado's. Try getting good Mexican food in Wyoming, thats a challenge.

Try El Alamo (Mary's) in Hearne. It's out of the way but it authentic Mexican food and priced right. The tamales are the best.

MMMM, Posado's. Did anyone else ever get kicked out for just sitting there eating their chips and sauce, with the free tortilla's? We did a couple of times, so good though.

i just realized Posados and Mercados in tyler are the same place. i could live on posados and taco cabana alone.

Have you tried Los Cucos on Texas for table service, or Pepe's on South College in Bryan? Pepe's has really good food and is counter service. The managing partner at Pepe's graduated from Kilgore High.

Went home this weekend, family had a party catered with fajitas from El Sombrero Saturday night, been living off the left overs since!

Anyone who says Taco Bell is better than Posado's (or even puts it in the same sentence as those other restaurants) loses all credibility as a judge of good Mexican food. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Taco Bell definitely doesn't compare to the first three, I agree with that. However, it beats the hell out of Posados.

I went to Posados many times in high school because my dad loved it. I don't think I ever got a Coke there that wasn't flat. Also, they have the worst enchiladas, rice and beans of any Mexican food places in Longview.
