I was friends with a guy named Chad Brownlow that got killed in a car wreck in 1991 (His senior year) at some school there (Pine Tree maybe?) I was friends with him at Athens before they moved to Longview and I just wondered if there was anyone here that knew him or remembered that.

I also knew his girlfriend at the time Jan Camp? I think. She went to A&M for a little while but I wondered if anyone knew what happened to her. Just was thinking about it today for some reason and thought I'd ask in this forum.

Chad went to Pine Tree. He was a senior when I was a junior. I didn't really know him since he was a football player. That was such a sad deal because I think he had a lot going for him. I believe he was a National Merit's Scholar.

I remember Jan Camp's name but didn't know her either and know nothing of her now.

Thanks. You helped me some. I couldn't remember where he went to school. His grandparents told me later that he had decided to go to A&M which would have been cool. He had a younger brother named Will and a sister named Brooke that you might have known too. Anyway, maybe someone else will know more.

Siblings must have been younger than me. Only Brownlow I know is James Brownlow and he married our Govt./Econ teacher right after we graduated.
