i've been to approximately 34,000 receptions at Pinecrest country club in Longview. Not a bad place.

been to several at pinecrest...

also, in Kilgore, the "Mansion on the Hill" or whatever it's called now (formerly 'La Hacienda') is a great place for stuff like that too.
