the old East Texas District would reform, JT, Lee, Longview, Lufkin, Nac, and Marshall. Alot of great rivalries, but everyone respected each other. I know district that Lufkin is in now, I can't even name 2 of the teams in the district, and football in this district is a joke.

that would be hard with marshall and nac being 4A now. But as a Pirate, I wish we could get these teams out of our district so we won't have two additional losses on our district record.

I could care less, the high school I went to (Pine Tree) sucks at everything...atleast we had a few sports back in the day.

soccer and basketball were the good sports when I was at Pine Tree.

i'm at a loss for words when trying to describe football there.

I played football at Pine Tree(class of '04) and we were pretty bad. Apparently, the new coach that came in is worse.

Football lost by one in its first playoff game in years in '02 and then corsicana went on to roll over the team in the next round.

What teams in 02 didnt make the playoffs at PT?
i know fball, basketball, and soccer did.
