I haven't been there since I moved away.

One of my favorite dishes was "Chicken ala Mama". Does anyone have any idea how to make it?

I know this board moves slowly but I felt that I needed to post on this one. The Coliseum was setup to cater my wedding back in 2008 (Ike had other plans). I was extremely impressed with their cooking, hospitality, and the reasonable prices they charged.

They're a really great family owned Italian restaurant. I don't eat there much but when I do I love it to death.

If I ever make it back to Houston again, it will be my top choice of places to go eat.

The Coliseum bakes the cheesecake that Boondoggles sells. It's awesome. However, earlier this year we bought an entire cheesecake direct from Coliseum...it wasn't awesome. Can't explain it.
