How long do you want to ignore this user?
My wife and I have lived out of state since graduating (5 Years). I recently found a job in the Corpus area and was wondering about apartments in the South Corpus area. Any suggestions?

Thanks and Gig'em

If you can afford to buy a house now is the time. Lots of houses on the market and not enough buyers. I moved to Corpus about 10 months ago and was surprised by how expensive the rental properties were. However, I didn't really look at too many apartments. I know the nicer ones were on the South Side.

I know this doesn't really help you, but good luck!

What are you looking at in apartments? I've been looking at one bedroom's for the past two months (a lot of places seem to have availability issues). I like Nueces Lofts appearance and model, but I couldn't get their availability and my budget to line up, I would avoid Christiwood, the Fountains and Candlewood based on location (ambulances running lights and sirens 24/7), maybe look at Willowick or a Camden property, Walnut Ridge looked ok when I looked at the model, I like the Shores on Ennis Joslin.

I put in an application at Saratoga Cove today actually, but I'm wondering if I should be looking at buying instead.
