Someone know who is the State legislator in our area on the committee that will convene to discuss A&M's plans to join the SEC? Is Todd Hunter on that committee? We all need to do our part to inform legislators of our opinion of this issue.

I talked to Todd, who is the only legislator within fifty miles of here who has a brain and knows how to use it, and urged him to do everything possible to ease the transition to the SEC.

Hard to say how he took it. He is such a good pol that if you told him you wanted the earth to turn into baked asphalt, he would not only agree with you but tell you convincingly that he had been working on such a plan for years.
