The young man 8th grader who suffered severe ant bites playing football, how did that turn out. I was so saddened to hear of his passing and my prayers are with the family.

Have officials taken steps to insure this ocurance does not happen again, etc?

Are they suing the school district for negligence?

I think parents with kids who are deathly allergic to ant bites but let them play football are negligent.

I believe so.
You've also heard about the kid who ran out their car and got hit by a vehicle in a chuck e cheese. Mom wants to sue the driver and chuck e cheese.
The child locks were disabled on her car too.

Wasn't that 2 or 3 years ago? It was a sad situation, but how can you even lay blame on chuck e cheese?
