Graduated from TAMUG, I have plenty of friends who planned to transfer and never did or they transferred and came back.
If you don't transfer and didn't pick a major like marine biology, upon you'll likely have a job lined up before you graduate. A maritime degree is very appealing to maritime companies simply because not many people have them.
I typically get 10 emails a week from the school about about job openings within the industry.
Didn't go up to CS much, I worked 30-40 hours all through college. When I did go up there my freshman year, I was on 1st deck at 50 yd line.
