The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role to ensure that our customers receive a world-class level of service. As front-line ambassador to our clients, this person handles the servicing of customers and making sure that they are always getting the best value for their dollar. In this role, you will work as a liaison between the customers and the insurance companies to answer questions and find an appropriate solution to their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Insurance experience is not required]
- Candidates with a college degree or active General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license will be considered.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and accurately handle multiple transactions.
- Willing to do what it takes to make sure that our clients receive a customer experience that is second to none.
- Superior organization skills.
Salary/Benefits:
- This is a full-time position open to college graduates.
- Starting salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
