What's the scuttlebutt on this? Picked up a Pilot today and saw that it was approved so I guess that means development will happen at some point on all that empty land between downtown and the water front. Bass Family owns 2/3 of it.

I can see there will be the Rockport Marina Village but not sure what's included in that. Or anything else for that matter.
