Heading back to N. Padre for another 30 day stay. Any road construction on the Causeway/North Padre Island or anything else that will cause delays in drives back and forth from the Island to Corpus Christi and/or Port A?

I was glad to hear all the survivors posting about their experiences crossing the New Harbor Bridge.

They're still working on the bridge on Commodores. I had to divert to Whitecap to get home off Aquarius yesterday.

Other than that, it's pretty clear.

Came home tonight and it looks like they've finally cleared out everything. Bridge appeared to be completely open!

Thanks again for the Intel Ags with Kids!

I read in the Port A newspaper that the Highway Department (aka TxDot) will be paving the road on Harbor Island (located between the Port A Ferry and Aransas Pass for out of towners) this week and next week. The article said to expect lane closures and delays......

Best way to get to NPI is just to go over the new bridge and come down SPID.

But, if you're going to Port A, I'm sure that will add a bunch of time. Haven't been up that way in a while so I'm not sure how the ferry is doing, though..
