My fiancee and I will be getting married at the end of August in Salado. I have been put in charge of finding the DJ and have had a bit of a hard time so far. The problem is that Austin is still a solid hour away and that makes many from the city not want to travel. I figured there have to be at least a few DJ's in the Temple, Belton, Kileen and I would love a recommendation if you had one.

We were at a wedding in Waco two weeks ago...the dj there does this as a part time and my daughter knows him from his day job........let me see if I can get his name and contact info

David Frei does DJ and Karoke stuff in the Temple area. He is very reasonable and does a good job. I guess it depends on what all you are looking for but I would check with him and see if he can do what you are looking for.

He owns a tax/accounting service in Temple. I think the office number is 254-778-0618.

OP - David is a good Ag and has done many weddings in Salado over the years. He has a big selection of music, including country, rock, reception music, etc. Give him a call.

I was going to say the same about David Frei as well...

There is another karaoke/dj around town but can't think of name off the top of my head... I'll post the info if I can find it.
