Which is better, chipotle or freebirds?

Freebirds, they have many more options and much better ingredients.

I love Chipotle more and more every time I eat there.... yet it still doesn't compare to the Bird. Freebird's has so many more options than Chipotle. Some stuff is just personal preference- what kind of rice, how you like your chicken, etc.- but the fact that Freebird's has probably 5-10 times as many options for ingredients, then you think about mathematically how many more options you have for combinations, plus the Bird has all the other options on their menu (different sizes, quesadillas, etc) that it's no contest. If I lived in a town that had both (and I used to), I would literally never eat Chipotle.

Chipotle sucks. I would love to have a Freebirds close by in Killeen. I never go to Waco, but I go to Killeen quite often, so this is awesome news!

Rudy's is also going to be coming to Killeen. Not the best Bar-B-Que but not bad.

Waco needs a Freebirds

It's going to be in Killeen, between the Whataburger and the H.E.B. off of Lowe's Blvd. I'm not positive, but I think you take the Trameer exit off of the Central Texas expressway.

i grew up in Killeen and have always maintained that a Freebirds by any gate on FT Hood would be a HUGE money maker. Glad to see they finally realized it...right as my parents retire and move out.

Good news, only better news would be if it was opening in Temple.

It's in the HEB shopping center on Trimmer and 190! Be ready to stand in line for a long time!

Went and got my free one today at the preview party. Very good.

The line for the grand opening on Thursday was Crazy! Worth it, but crazy none the less. After standing in line on Thursday, my reccommendation is to take advantage of ordering on-line or by phone and then going to pick it up---at least until the newness wears off. In fact, that is what I did when I went back again on Friday. Whataberger, Blue Bell, Shiner Bock, and now Freebirds--man it is GREAT to be stationed at Ft Hood after being in Germany for 6&1/2 years, even if it does mean I'm deploying to Afghanistan soon.

Going toward Cove and away from Belton, it is going to be on the right or the left?

It is before or after the Killeen mall?

What exit would I take?

Can somebody please expand on Rudy's coming to Killeen? This is important information, people!
