No Westfest updates this year?

I went on Saturday and had a blast. Anyone know the name of the band that played around 9-10pm?

Brave Combo played during that time under the pavillion. We had a great time Sat. night!

Brave Combo is tremendous.

I was there Friday night and Sunday for a while. Went to the game on Saturday. Crowds were supposed to have been good this year.

Bohunk - We were there Sunday for Brave Combo and Praha Brothers. When I went back for another sausage sandwich (the ones with the cheese and kraut), the woman working in there, made mention of my Aggie ring and said she was an Aggie. Am I remembering correctly or "misremembering" that you once said that you and your wife worked in that food booth?

Either way, another West Fest of great food, music, and pevo!

oooooohhh yes!!! the K of C booth with the japaleno beer bread! Ate lunch AND dinner there on Sat. Brave Combo was great as always. had a blast as we do every year other then the early exit from the washer tournament. Could not make Sunday this year or probably would of had 4 of those sandwiches!

BTW, Fritz Hodde and the Fab 6 were also very enjoyable with the "classic" tunes. Actually, they were great as well.

I think that was probably my cousin's wife or my sister. Both were working the windows from 2-4 and both are Aggies. I was back there making sandwiches during that time.

Lots of Aggies in West actually, as the crew before us had some Aggies on it.

I made sandwiches there from 2-4 Saturday. That has actually become one of my favorite parts of Westfest.

We had sandwiches about 3:30 on Saturday. Thanks for making my favorite sandwich of the entire year!
I was too full from my sandwich to enjoy a Bold Springs Burger this year and they were already out of rosettes at the funnel cake booth. Bummer.

Apples peaches pumpkin pie ... Brave combo is gonna be playin a show at the CAC in temple in a couple of days. Not sure how that will work our ad I have only seen them out at Sefcik Hall with an adult beverage in my hand!

Sefcik Hall is one of the great places in America. Been too long since I drank a beer there.

Absolutely love Sefcik Hall.....used to joke around with the old lady that owned it telling her how cute she was, etc....

She always got a big kick out of it

I always loved watching the beer come up from the bar to the dance floor on the little dumb waiter thingy and then watching the band move their equipment on the outside elevator. I have also banged my knees/shins numerous times stumbling up the rather skinny wooden rikety stiarcaise and love to read all the old signs up around the dance floor. Man, its been to long since i've been out there.
