Friend has water damage/possible mold in his garage from the recent rain and I wanted to see if TexAgs could recommend someone.

I believe he lives close to the China Spring/Crawford area

Specialty Restoration screwed my son's friend badly! I would never use them, in fact we called USAA and told them of what was taking place, just in case they use Specialty!

I've inspected some of Specialty's work here in town and they have done decent work. I'm not sure how they are on prices.

Some of the local home builders might be hungry for a little work on the side.
