Being a sometimes poster and long time lurker on the Cen-Tex Board, I saw that there were no new posts today. Therefore a new post was needed. Since topics here tend to be rather cordial without the backbiting and extremes of opinion that are often seen on other boards, I can honestly say that I enjoy reading posts on here. I often scoop others at work in terms of new restaurant reviews and what new buildings are going up in central Texas. In addition, it is great to see all the teachers posting on here. And out of fear that one of you will correct my grammar and rip up my post with a red marker, you guys have helped my wife and I to make better decisions when it comes to educating our children here. I'm shocked with all the going-ons in Waco there hasn't been more chatter.

Needs to be more chatter. Boring!!

Here's some chatter. Was in Waco for 2 days this week up from Temple. Had lunch at Vitek's (The Gut Pack), the to the Salty Dog the next day (Mouth of the South Burger). Last week was at Hog Creek Ice House for a Hog burger and Hog Chips. My stomach has been chattering ever since!

I've only been to viteks once, but absolutely loved it. It was yummy!
