Not bad. A little different than ghengis. They don't have all the dry ingredients that ghengis has, so you can't control the spice level as much. Gotta add salt, spice etc at the table. I did like the flavor of the final product, probably even better than ghengis. Food bar items were fresh, and had a pretty good selection. My only suggestion would be to have more dry ingredients (cayenne, Ginger, garlic, salt, etc) at the food bar.

I liked it overall and recommend it.
