Dang, what a scrappy bunch Of kids that came up just short. Daingerfield, a team LOADED with D-1 players wins 33-27. Cameron tied it up with about 35 seconds left, but Daingerfield scores on a 69 yard TD pass with 26 left.

Keys late in the game: Daingerfield stopped Yoe on 4th and goal from the 1 inch line late in the 4th, then couldn't capitalize on the next possession when they got the ball on daingerfields 25.

Oh well, what a tough bunch of kids. Central Texas is proud of the Yoemen!!!

Heartbreaking game for a great town and bunch of scrappy kids.

heart goes out to The Yoemen tonight. Spent 5 of my younger years in Cameron, when my dad was coaching there. always had fond msmories of the place.

Wow, what an amazing game. Something has to be said for the Yoe fighting back! In the end Daingerfield just too strong. Yoe have nothing to be ashamed of, quite an accomplishment.

What a great bunch of kids. It is a shame they didn't get the title, but they will be strong citizens in their community, state, and nation. Congratulations for not only a great football season, but for the way they represented all of Yoe Nation along the way!
