Wife and I tried this new restaurant next door to Cavenders on Valley Mills Dr this past week and were pleasantly suprised. The fried shrimp and and a few of the various fish dishes (stuffed flounder, fried catfish and grilled mahi) were nicely done.

Just a heads up for my fellow centex ags.

The Chinese buffet that was there before wasn't horrible.

do they have a bar? I've heard pretty good things, but it's hard to get motivated when the place that use to be there was a chinese buffet

Only thing I know about the place was a pic taken by a friend that showed they spell it SERLOIN... If you can't even spell your meal... pass

They are in the process of getting their liquor license. Wife and I took in a bottle of wine and enjoyed. As for the menu spelling, I worry more about what's on my plate than a typo.

Talked to a coworker this afternoon who went last week and said his meal was great.

I use to eat the buffet there all the time. My wife and I were wondering why they went under....everytime we went they had a nice crowd.
