Was in Waco this past weekend and stumbled on this motel by accident (due to it being in Woodway and I was searching Waco). Waited until Thursday night to make reservations and had a very difficult time finding a good place that was under $100 for two nights (due to baseball games and basketball playoffs). Anyway...
BEST WESTERN ATREA in Woodway / found a discount coupon on the internet / before taxes with coupon was $79/per night for a mini king suite/ also have senior discounts...motel is new...4 stories...very clean and nicely appointed...full hot breakfast...non-smoking/no pets...fitness area...friendly, courteous staff...just minutes from downtown and Baylor and Lake Waco and shopping mall...next door to cinema...comfortable bed...micro and fridge...safe in room...indoor pool... the mini suite was large with a comfortable chair and couch...large flat screen tv

We stayed at the one in Bryan a week ago on our trip to Messina Hof. Would assume it's the same layout. Very nice.
