Ad in the paper for it yesterday. Owner/cook used to be the chef at the Beef Barn. Had burgers on the menu, sounded pretty good but have yet to try it or know of anyone who has.
Where is it?
In the Tuscan Square shopping center on 31st Street. They have a website.
I never drive out that way, so glad you mentioned it.
They look good, but only open for lunch weekdays according to the website.

If you work at Beef Barn I don't think you can call yourself a chef, maybe just a cook.
That square is really nice....I used to go to a salon there.
However, I asked around today at our UIL academic meet and was told that the Red Door was "ok". Just another lunch/sandwich shop.
