I posted this on the Home Improvement board with no response, so I thought I would try here.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a residential sprinkler repair and/or installation in the Belton area?

I would also like a quote on a 500 sqft flagstone patio.

I have tried a few different companies, but they will not return emails/phone calls.

Heart of Texas (in Belton) did our sprinklers. You may be having trouble contacting some of these companies because the parade of homes is coming up which they have their attentions focused on.

Heart of Texas is one if the companies that won't return my calls or emails. They came out and looked at the yard and then did a mock up of the sprinklers and patio and emailed it to me. I replied and asked for the quote but I have not heard back from them. I emailed a few more times and gave up.

I don't get it. I've had this problem with contractors in the past. I'm convinced you could start your own business in a variety of areas and regardless of your talent level if you just followed up with people you would get a ton of business.

I worked with Brian at Heart of Texas. He was a nice guy when he came out and did the evaluation, he just never followed up.

We are working with Eco Irrigation out of Leander right now. They have followed up when they promised and have been very professional. I will follow up and let everyone know how it turns out.
