A few summers ago, we put dark screens on our front windows, but stupidly didnt screen both sides of our house.

The company we used doesn't appear to be in business, and we'd like to apply these screens to the back with another hot texas summer almost upon us.

Any recommendations in the Temple area?

I know you probably have decided on screen, but you may consider heat blocking window film. We bought some from Lowes and it has been great. I dont recall the brand name, but I'm sure it's easy to find.

I THINK it is Gila brand, but wouldn't swear to it. Whatever it is, it works like a charm. Looks great and REALLY helps keep the rooms cool in the summer.

Lowes and HD have the supplies to DIY. That's what I did....a guy that did them professionally asked me who did mine...he couldn't believe it when I told him I did them all myself

Yeah, and I'm pretty sure Lowes has a guy that will come out and install it for you if you don't feel like doing it yourself. I don't think they charge much. He did our blinds and did a good job. We did the heat blocker film ourselves. It was easy.
